Immersive exhibition operations

Technical supervision and operations management for travelling and permanent immersive exhibitions — from pre-build verification through opening and ongoing daily operations, across multiple venues and time zones.

What I deliver

Exhibitions run seven days a week, move regularly and cannot fail. I take responsibility for the technical side of that: the systems, the people who run them and the paperwork that lets local teams operate independently.

  • Technical supervision — pre-build verification, commissioning and opening
  • Operations management — daily show readiness and troubleshooting across automation, AV and IT
  • SOP development — preshow, show, shutdown and maintenance procedures
  • Staff training — local teams trained to run the exhibition independently
  • Show-move logistics — repeatable install and pack-down across venues
  • Animatronic and show control — see animatronics and show control

Track record

Technical Supervisor Worldwide on Jurassic World: The Exhibition (Victory Hill / Cityneon, 2019–2021), holding multiple concurrent international venues in the USA, UK, Asia, Australia and the Middle East to strict uptime requirements, and delivering a full SOP library and locally trained teams. Available for exhibition companies, production houses and themed entertainment operators across Asia Pacific. Details in the case studies.
